First I want to thank Lyman and JimF for their help with my loads. loaded 12 round each with Varget starting at 45 grs. at half grain increments up to 47grs. Shot at 100yds out of my Dane return with VAR barrel and my SA service grade. All loads grouped very well in the nine ring and in on a regulation SR 200 yd. center. ( 13 in. Black) the 46 and 46.5 loads grouped the the best. The 47 grain seemed a bit hot but was flatter shooting. I think I will go with the 46 gr. and 46.5 grain when I go to the range, and sight in at the 200yd. bank to see how it goes. I run our clubs Garand shoots, and wanted to be ready for when my 15 yr. old grandson can shoot. He shot one match last year and he is hooked, along with other forms of shooting and football. he's the only grandchild I have and I pretty much spoil the heck out of him. Again thanks to JimF and Lyman for your help
