    Default Next in queue.

This Rock-Ola M-21 DMR is the next and last in queue for building before I get started on the new 3 LRBs. Should have her finished later today. Whatta Hobby!

Got er done. Need to make a correction, the new barrels that I put on these are both 19.5" Bula NM and not 18.5 as I had said earlier. Running out of spare scopes. Leupold 2-7 on one and SWFA SS 10x with TPS rings on the other. Whatta Hobby!

Finally will be starting on the first LRB M14BR from our recent group buy.
LRB M14BR # 05100, Winchester bolt, USGI contour 22" chrome lined barrel, SA trigger group, SAK op rod, USGI unitized gas system with nitrided piston, USGI flash suppressor, USGI M1 rear sight assembly, rest of the small parts are as they come out of the bins. USGI presentation grade Walnut stock from Fred's and of course one of Hawk's now to become rare and collectable ambi kits. Whatta Hobby!

She has many more than I. I think her artistic approach to glass fusing tops all with 6 or 8 electric kilns. We do enjoy life, that's for sure. Oh yea, a few weeks in Hawaii per year off-sets a lot of things.

    Thanks.

I knew there had to be a flip side. My wife is frugal and expects me to be too. I suppose if not for her I would have bankrupt myself long ago.

Let's Go Brandon out for function firing. Ran 10 rnds for settling into the USGI fiberglass stock and then another 10 on a target. Not too shabby a 2" group at 100 yds for her first day out. 150 gn Berger fb over 41.5 gn of IMR-8208 in RA-68 cases set of with 210m primers. Whatta Hobby!

Next I got out for function fire 20 rnds down range with LRB M14BR 05100. This was interesting to me. Iron sights at 100 yds trying to focus on a 1.5" dot. Old eyes just couldn't hack it. Maybe tomorrow I will take her out on some SR-1s. I know I can see that 6" black.
