RIR (Richmond International Raceway) has some big demands for security , but is the best facility
we are (now) on stage 3? as far as The Rona,
the past facility was horrible, no cell for most vendors (Verizon\Sprint were dead in that area) and small parking lot,
the promoter got a lot of pushback over using that place, esp since it was basically in the hood, but not that expensive for the promoter, and there is not much else available with a big enough lot, ,
I'll get the scoop when I go to Chantilly in a couple weeks,
they are on stage 2 restrictions,
but, rumor out of the VSP is the Governor, Lord Northam, may dial back The Rona restrictions a notch or 2 post election,
election has not bearing on it from what I have heard
