Many years ago I bought a loose '67 Winchester barrel on ebay thinking it had some value being a Winchester. The outside was nice and not import marked. The bore was shootable but was frosted with some TE and muzzle wear but still gauged. Bore was bright, just not shinny. After discovering this was not a collector barrel I put it up for sale on ebay. I paid $50 for it, 2 years later sold it for $20. Whoever bought it will not get much use out of it.

Maybe they'll just keep it a couple of years and sell it to some fool for $50.
