Highly unlikely you'll find any of 'em. That cartridge is decidedly unusual. You might be able to make a few out of a spent cartridge and some pencil erasers.

Make a dummy round and fill the primer pocket with silicone RTV. Works for my rifles and handguns.
I 2nd the silicone sealant/RTV solution. I can barely tell the used caps I've made from unused ones. The RTV is resilient enough that there is no impression left by the Firing pin.
