    UPS isn't much better. I had a near perfect Stevens 520 trenchgun reduced to a parts gun thanks to their handling prowess. It was insured for the full amount. But their internal investigation concluded no fault on their part.

    Several years ago I had the misfortune of having to file a claim with UPS. After several months of getting the run-around, I had a UPS representative tell me "UPS is not in the business of paying claims."
