    Default Deactivated Drill Rifle pics

This is a deactivated drill rifle of mine. The chamber has been drilled and a rod welded in place. It spent a lot of time marching and drilling later in life. The stock is dinged from end to end and the brass butt plate is worn more than any other mil surp I've owned. The receiver # is BD15630. The bolt is 73L4126(if you got that rifle let me know we can swap this one). No import marks on receiver but I haven't looked under wood. It was FTR marked in 1948 then worn out again I assume then converted to a drill rifle.
