300000+ RIA receiver rifle. Last round wants to jump out of mag as soon as bolt is all the way to rear. Replaced follower and spring but problem persists. Where do I go now?

make sure you have the correct milled follower, and spring.
make sure the stock fitment is correct.
if it aint broke...fix it till it finally is.
Follower and spring are correct.
Stock fits properly.
Trigger guard assembly correct.
Check that the steel box magazine contacts the receiver completly. If there is any space between the box and the receiver,( that happened to me) the last round jumps out.
Assemble the magazine box/trigger guard to the receiver with both screws, without the stock. Now load the magazine, then cycle through to the last round. If the last round does not pop out, you have a problem with the stock ferrules or the stock holding the magazine box away from the receiver. Use dummy rounds or fired cases.
Actually, you don't want the mag well in full contact with the action there should be a very slight gap front and rear. Like CH says, assemble them out of the stock and you will see that on the front of the well there is a gap of about .020-.040. If ther is no gap, then the t/g is either bent or someone has removed material from the front tang sleeve. Eliminating the gap will result in diminished clamping force on the stock.

Dissasembled and reassembled without stock. Problem persits. Checked receiver against Springfield receiver and find someone has opened receiver about .025 per side. Best guess to change to different caliber. Probably not cost effective to fix...
You didn't clarify if this rifle is in military trim, or has it been sporterized?
Rifle was in cut down stock with redfield micrometer hunting sight and original barrel with original rear sight base in place. Put it in issue stock and took off redfield sight put on original rear and hanguard to have rifle for spingfield match. Guess I should have checked function before I did all the work...
