I've held one once and don't know Jack about them but with all that DCM provenance it can't be anything BUT real. Right!? So I guess the question is: Is owning and shooting one worth $1250? To you?

I think $1250 was a decent price. Herschel might be able to nail it down for you.

I've had plenty experience with Simpson Ltd. in Galesburg, IL. They have good stuff and bad stuff. I've found their prices are a lot higher than others in the area. You must be knowlegable about what you are buying.

It seems to me they do price high, but for the most part they know what stuff is worth and that's their price. It not a bargain cave, although here and there you might find something you know more about than they do. But even as I say they price high I don't think their prices are unrealistic.
