ar 41 with sight base

I have recently acquired this all matching ar41 with an unusual sight base. According to "Backbone of the Werhmacht", Law Pg 331 & 332 the mount is for the Gewehr Kollimator Sighting System by the optics firm E. Leitz of Wetzlar.
Only nominal information in the book and internet research has not provided much more. I did find one example of the sight at a European auction house
( Law has a drawing from the manual) Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.

The pictures are so out of focus it is hard to tell what you have. Try letting the lens focus before you fully depress the shutter button.
