    Health stuff - not so funny. My medicare supplement cost went up. Again. But with wifey's medical adventures, we gots to have it. SW

    Gweneth Paltrow says to properly cleanse your body internally, you should take periodic coffee enemas.

    They threw me out of Starbucks -- and threw my pants out after me!

    Thanks to obamacare my group insurance went up from $700 per month to $1400. I paid that for years after retirement till I turned 65. Now that I'm on Medicare with the supplements the wife and I pay about $50 a month each for BCBS Advantage after all the math takes place with my former employer paying a portion of that.

    There NO doctors here so it doesn't matter much to us.

    One of the little known facts about military service is that you are guaranteed free medical care for life, if you stay long enough to retire. Your retired military ID is your insurance card.
