    The Duke was certainly right when it comes to self serving apologies by people who seem to want it both ways.

    But - Some of these "apologies" weren't really apologies, they were made by the performers publicist without consulting with said performer. Both Jason Aldean and Ne Yo repudiated apologies issued by their publicists without their consent. I have heard that may be the case with Santana as well but haven't seen anything definitive on that as was the case in the Aldean and Ne Yo incidents.

    Publicists it seems are as annoying as bureaucrats.
