Default Local shop has Colt 1917 revolver for $1700,

but dark brown finish, with a rough front sight blade.

the cylinders are smooth surface and he wood grip show some "characters' marks , but solid, no cracks.

Action seems to good but needs a good cleaning.

What else to I need to know.

    Thanks.

That it's too much money for that condition. That sould be about 7-800 dollars around here, but right now dealers are asking stupid high prices for anything because of all the anti-gun action in the state capital. Are you here in WA State too?
Enfield, everything else is just a rifle. Unless it's a Garand.

Long pig, it's what's for Dinner!
