I have seen 340178 listing some time ago. It appears to me that the stock had been sanded and there is also a chip out of the stock between the hammer and tang. There is no cartouche and the ring bar looks to be above the wood along with the rear of the lock plate. It does have the cleaning rod in the buttstock.
