    Default No4 Enfield bayonet

I picked up this No4 bayonet this week. Seller had it listed as a regular spike No4 but I got lucky. I knew if I waited long enough I would find one at a reasonable price($20).

Nice. $20 for a cruciform with the scabbard, these days, is a steal. Especially in that condition. Forget what I paid for mine. $5, I think. Needless to say it wasn't recently. Had to clean some light rust off it too.
    Spelling and grammar count!

You Sir are a lucky duck!!! I had to pay $40 for mine in 1982. But they are virtually unavailable here in Canada.

Bought mine in a junk store many years ago. There were two on the wall, both for $5. One was a regular spike and the other one was the fluted spike No difficulty in picking the one I wanted

Just paid $130 for mine. Value estimate runs about $100-140 for these now. Good score, Ray
