  1. Default Small Pistol Primers

Who has small pistol primers? Not giving .20 ea., will give up to .10 ea. on total cost if anyone knows where I can get some. These are for me, not for resale to make a dollar. Thanks.

    In my area no one.

Walmart still has completely empty ammo shelves. I see a few bricks of 22 LR once in a blue moon and are 2-3 times previous price.

In my case if I needed them I would contact the local reloader shops and see if they would put me on a waiting list.

For a quicker supply I would "bite the bullet" and order from one the sellers on GB but that brings us back to the .20 cents ea subject. Some charge hazmat, some don't but are suppose to.

Places like Pat's Reloading has been out for months and months. If things don't change soon .20 may become the new norm with dealers selling them for .30 for those who really want them.

they have been very spotty in this area, and sell out as fast as they are available in the local shops,

I once telephoned a manufacturer to ask what the difference was between small rifle and small pistol primers

The nice nice person on the phone said .... nothing

So I loaded some .38 special using small rifle primers and they they worked just fine .

Having just said that be aware .... you will not be able to interchange large rifle and large pistol primers

Got a brick a while back for 65 dollars, but they sell out. Those two cases had been on order since WW was President.
