That was 22,960 or 22970 years since the glaciers started receding.

February 2021 was the coldest it had been around here in over a century. Nothing warm about that.

Fairbanks, AK was 35 below last wk. They show the record as -52 but I remember -60 when I was a kid. Maybe it is getting warmer.

I bought a new snow blower in November and if the long range forecast is correct, I may not get to use it this winter.

We will have an over abundance of bugs next spring that normally do not survive a normal winter. I suppose that is good news for the birds.

Antarctica use to be covered with palm trees.

Rising sea levels due to the glacers melting? The Earth was once covered with water. Sea shell fossils are found in the deserts.

The earth seems to be following the path of Mars which at one time (about 400 millions years ago) would have been known as the "blue planet" since it too was covered by water. Now look at it and no signs yet that there was ever farting martians or farting cows there that caused it.

That was the problem with Mars, it didn't have anyone who could fix it. We have democrats.

The water didn't move, the earth did. Things were much more "incomplete" a few billion years ago.
