  1. Default 1905 bayonet "PAL MOD"

    Are the "PAL MOD" bayonets worth more than a regular cut down? I have a 1942 UC cut down on the way and will post when it gets here...

    IMO, the company that did the modification (cut-down) doesn't really affect the value. What seems to drive the value the most in a shortened M1905 bayo is its condition and the shape of the cut-down point --- that is a beak point (or bowie point as some call it) versus a spear point. The beak point ones seem to be worth a bit more.
