    Rotation 1: Kennebec potatoes, pontiac potatoes, beauregard sweet potatoes, jersey and savoy cabbage (12), mustard, amish paste tomato (3), cherry tomato (4). 17 hot peppers in buckets.

    Rotation 2 (August): Fall bush beans, turnips, bok choi, kale.

    lyman , I think he has a larger building. I recall he use to post pictures as he was building. Awesome construction...

    That is a good looking garden. South-facing slope? It should be reasonably frost-proof too. You are growing some good stuff!

    Yep-I am built in to a south facing hill. Good yields most years.

    Many of the garden centers are seeing increased traffic this year compared to "normal" in my area. So far we have had an adequate amount of rain but who knows what the summer will bring. Monday Isaac, my Amish buddy, is going to help me put 30% shade cloth on my 24x20' green house. This should bring the temperature down to a bearable 90 degrees F instead of the 110-115 F that I have been experiencing. A large fan is of little help so far so looking into the shade cloth.
