Thanks for posting. Very, very useful information. It makes sense that there are a lot of variables besides burn rate. IMR 4064 works very well for the three cartridges I reload (.30-06, .250 Savage and .303 British.) My Garand load is 47 gr. of IMR 4064 behind a 168 gr. Sierra Match King or 165 gr. Game King. It's also the load I use in my '03 and '03A3. This relatively soft kicking load produces velocities in the 2600 fps range and is very accurate.
