Scott’s a great guy and has given much time and devotion to our community, I’ve met and talked with him at several GCA conventions, Bob Seijas and Bruce Canfield have written extensively on the M1 National Match rifle, the former being the authority on the subject in my humbled and plagued with memory loss opinion
