Culver's "magic finish formula" consists of equal parts of Boiled Linseed Oil, Turpentine (essentially a solvent), and Beeswax. 1/3rd Linseed, 1/3rd Turpentine, and 1/3rd Beeswax.

Makes a great finish if you leave the beeswax out. On hot days the beeswax tends to come back to life.
Turpentine gives it the 'old school' experience.
But for Garand stocks I'm a believer in a tung oil base, and strictly RLO after that.
