Default New M-4 USAF "survival" weapon

It was designed by the USAF to fit to fit in the ejection seats... in all likelihood where the USN/USMC put their survival rafts.

Here is the link to company. I think its a neat idea. $1000 to retro each weapon isn't a bad price.

And world completes a circle. An aircrew survival rifle is exactly what the AR-15/M-16 was designed to be. What it is not is an assault rifle.

Strikes me the survival kit should be a suppressed .22 Hornet and a can of invisible paint. Radio of course.

Invisible paint is in a visible can until it is used. Anything it covers then becomes invisible, but only AFTER ( I can't stress this enough) the paint itself dries. Only a small portion of the nozzle on the can is then rendered invisible. Also, applying heat over 100C on the painted object degrades the paint enough that the object again becomes visible. Sheeesh! I thought everyone knew that.

Sort of depends on what you expect the crew to survive.
