Never seen one like it, but there's lots of things I haven't seen. I Doubt they're military.
If not mil. Then why T42-43 with blood type O?
To Error Is Human To Forgive Is Not SAC Policy
My ex still has her 'dog tags' issued by the NYC school system to students...Contains her (at the time) home address.
My grandfather's next of kin tag was made of brass

"Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the outcome of the vote" Benjamin Franklin
This above captures the facts. Early volunteer or draftee...he may have had his home address on his tags like photo shows. My father's tags do not have this and he came into service in 1942.
This is not to say some GI did not have dog tags punched by the operator of the machine for some sentimental reasons. I know enroute to Viet Nam, I went thru pre deployment processing and got new dog tags and I infact got the machine operator to make a special tag which I have to this very day. The tag reads: If You Find My Body F*** You. Hey, I was 21 and life expectancy wasn't really good for Infantrymen where I was going.
pre-1942...
had the date of tetanus shot AND next of kin on them...
these are legit
I have my Dad's dog tags issued to him at Ft Hood in late 1942. Besides his name religion, and blood type, it has the next of kin (my grandmother) name and address on it.
