  1. Question The Garand Stand?

    Did "The Garand Stand" shutdown or did I just fail to renew? I don't remember reading anything about it shutting down.

    I think it shut down i joined years ago still have several of the magazines then it stopped

    My mistake my magazines are the Garand Times just dug them out

    Are they still printing a newsletter? On their list they only list a few after 2000.

    The last issue of "The Garand Stand Report" Fall 2019 No 116 was mailed out to members last week. Special article by Brad Pedersen about the
    first Springfield M1 rifle sent to Winchester on Sept 19, 1938. the late Frank Mallory of Springfield Research Service located the original receipt
    signed by Winchester Vice Pres Edwin Pugsley and Col Robert Sears (WRA RS cartouche). Plus the photos of this rifle as it looks now !
