    You need a Lee-Enfield No. 4 Rifle. Always check the head space on any Lee-Enfield before shooting. Thousands of 'em have been assembled out of parts bins with no QC of any kind.

    I should have bought a no. 4 when they were cheap. I still have a bunch of 303 on stripper clips around. I fired the mk1 a lot but it's retired now. never fired either of the martinis. the tower pistol gets shot a lot around the fourth of july.

    What make is the SLR parts. I could blow the pic up enough to see sand cuts and folding rear sight.

    I have a twin to it. Mix of SLR and Argentine parts put together by century. Mine runs fine so it’s become my shooter.

    mine gets shot a lot. it shoots better than I do.
