Back in '05 I got a post war SA from the CMP in which they did tick the 'original' box on the data sheet. It was an issued but very low miles rifle. How their magic 8-ball decides a post war rifle is original, I don't know. But I won't complain because it doesn't hurt the value of the rifle.
