what is a 1982 vintage Colt

series 70, mark IV worth.
it has 15 year old trijicom 3 dot sights on it.
a lightweight trigger.
It shoots very nicely.
I bought it new in 1982. I'd say it is 98% of the nice blueing on it. It almost looks like black chrome depending on the lighting. Ser 1222xxx

Did the rear sight and trigger come installed from Colt or were they added on by you? A standard model 70 at 98 % is in the $800 range. This is high retail.

serial does not seem to be a series 70, should have a 70B or B70 prefix
