    Ye Old Hunter was the mail order name for Potomac Arms, 0 Prince Street, Alexandria, VA. The coolest gun shop I've ever seen; an entire warehouse full of milsurps. Next door to Interarms.

    This M1 was one of the $79.95 rifles, still in exc condition but did have about 2000 rounds

    Those were great engines. Odd how Chevrolet abandoned them for the lesser performing, oil burning 350 and 400 small blocks. The 327's are legends to this day.
