    Default Trapdoor shooters photo

    Hello
Picked this up at the Reno Show and thought I would post it along with a blowup of the "loading bucket" with the Wilkerson powder measure that Tom Trevor confirmed and the loading "claw" hammer

I also looked over the carbine with the dual extractors at the show which had a price tag of 8800.00 I took some pic's so if anyone would like to buy I have the sellers info.

    Thanks
    Don

Interesting photo - Thanks for Posting!

They look like photographic studio 'possers', rather than actual rifle 'Shooters'. (The kid and 'sitting-guy' in middle are looking 'Macho' with small revolvers).

I wonder what's in the picnic basket? Nice detail with the bucket. You can see primer-indents on fired cartridge cases and what looks to be a funnel.

Great photo. Love the 1884 with the sight hood on it. Don't see those very often.
