Default 1866 2nd Allin conversion cartouche marks

I have an 1866 Allin conversion with several cartouche marks. One is deeper and more pronounced than the other 2 and is HSH which is located just behind and some what lower than the rear bolt head. There is an ESA below that but has been damage and only part is visible. You can make out the A and part of the oval around it. The third is between the bolt heads and is rectangle in shape and although the rectangle is slightly visible I can't make out the letters, I have tried numerous ways. My question is if this rifle was issued in the States or if this was one that was sent to Europe. There is also an inspectors initial behind the trigger guard but no fancy N. My photos are not that great, my apologies. IMG_1401.jpgIMG_1407.jpg
