Looks like the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario just got handed a hot button issue. So when will the beheadings begin?

Numerous gay couples have set up Christian bakers by asking them to custom-bake cakes celebrating a gay wedding. Many have wondered why they never seem to approach Muslim bakers with that request. Well, now it has happened, only in even more offensive form:

Earlier this month, a male-to-female transgender filed a $50,000 human rights complaint after a Muslim woman refused to perform a Brazilian wax on his genitals. …

“She never once asked for a leg wax [from] us,” Max Wax manager, president and CEO Jason Carruthers told PJ Media. “She said, ‘Women have penises and women have balls and if your staff is not comfortable they can look for another job.'”


The female Muslim employee refused to provide the service, based on her religious convictions not to physically touch a man outside her family.

The Mad Wax CEO says that his company welcomes all customers, however, they have no male wax staff and therefore are not able to offer Brazilian waxes to men. 98 percent of the company’s clients are women.

“When we’ve been asked about a male Brazilian wax in the past we tell them we’re not able to provide that service and they move on,” Carruthers told the Windsor Star. It’s never been an issue.”

But it’s an issue now, one that is before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. I will hazard a guess that the transgender woman with penis and balls man wins.

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario is composed of appointed, unelected, civil servants. As such, they do not make mistakes. Same as unelected civil servants anywhere.
Our courts would throw that case out. Our courts really, really dislike people wasting the Court's time with stupid excrement. It's highly likely the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario will throw it out too. Getting one's self waxed is not a right. And refusing to do one is not a capital offence.
We don't have Christian or non-Christian bakers either. Just bakers.

You are lucky, our "courts" seem to be polarized with justice denied. It appears that unless something changes the U.S. could be "Balkanized" in short order.

A friend at works' daughter bakes brownies & cupcakes for her kids' girl scouts, cub scouts & little league events. She was approached by a schoolboard member who demanded she bake some stuff for an upcoming "Social Consciousness" = Teen Queer Acceptance group. She said she needed $100 cash deposit in advance (non-refundable) and after "consulting her calendar" stated that she could do the job, but couldn't deliver until the weekend after. The member had a hissy fit & tossed out a bunch of threats (in public). She called the police & said that her kids were threatened by this creep.

I was told about it after the school board fired the creep & she threatened the baker's family. They had just filed for an order of protection & she wanted to know what kind of gun would be appropriate for defense against a "fat lady with big mouth and bad attitude".

Would have been easier for the pushy broad to just move on & find someone else.
