I would appreciate any information on this Springfield 1903 serial number 606103

barrel is RIA 5-18

SA S/N 606103 was serialized in mid-1915. SA S/N 606103 is not listed in SRS. Rifles in that serial range are listed in SRS as being issued to the U.S. Army. No NRA Sales Rifles are in that immediate serial range. So you apparently have a rifle that was issued to the U.S. Army as suggested by the RIA/5-18 replacement barrel.
