It was too late for them on the day blacks took control. Maybe they won't be killed, but it's too late for them to sell their properties for more than a small fraction of their pre-takeover value.
The world is so messed up it is going to take a cataclysm to make it right. Even the article you quote takes "liberties," in their journalism.
That cockeyed statement pretty much sums it up. The whites got the best agriculture land because they could make it produce. The uneducated black tribesmen didn't know diddly about farming as a business. They were OK as subsistence farmers but there isn't a single farm in Zimbabwe that produces more now than it did when the place was called Rhodesia. The 99 year lease isn't worth the paper it is written on. Six months from now a new Mugabe will come along and that piece of paper will be worthless.Land ownership is an emotional issue with political and racial overtones in this southern African country where under colonial Rhodesian rule whites were allocated the best agricultural land and blacks were pushed out to mostly arid land with poor soil.
Just a question ... is this a pro white anti black thread ?... because if its not and since we here at Culvers are so involved with America First and America Great Again... why do you care ?
Seems we are all pretty vociferous about sending ethnic interlopers back to their shiithole countries, but it bothers us a bit when its the other way around.... even if its somewhere else... doesn't it ?
Zimbabwe will continue to suffer as it has since mugabe took over. It’s a fractured country now.
Rhodesia was once the bread basket of Africa. This nation was destroyed under Mugabe and his fellow Communists.
To Error Is Human To Forgive Is Not SAC Policy
The remaining white farmers should heed what has happened in South Africa. They should grab their a$$es and run for their lives. Their property has been confiscated, and their lives are marked for an early end. Regards, Clark
some times when you dance with the natives you get eaten.... Just saying.
