I don't have a copy. His starting price is 150. Is that a fair or inflated price. He says its the 2nd edition.

No. Maybe $100-150 last time I checked. A lot of people ask more confusing them with the big book but I don't see them bringing in that much on auctions. All editions are out of print and increasing in value.

There is a 3rd edition of the Collector's Guide with updated information, so I don't see the 2nd edition bringing a lot.
