Of our group of long range shooters one guy has a Barrett and the other has a BA 50 Bushmaster. The first time I saw the BA 50 shot the muzzle brake knocked his ear muffs off. Luckily he was also wearing foamies. My .260 is pretty cheap to shoot. The winmag is about double on the reloading and half life on the barrel. The 50s for me are just too expensive to shoot. We also shoot on private land so no one is surprised or offended. Our back stop is a 60 foot bluff so keeping the round contained works out there to. Neither have suppressors both have brakes.
