Reminds me of a violin. It can be associated with the great historic composers who wrote timeless works of art or it can be called a fiddle.

And I'm a yellow dog democrat.

None no better than Chet Atikins, ...
“Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.” (Luke 22:36)

Got a guitar with his name on it. Wish I could play it. Too old to learn now I guess.

Well, I've be.. I guess I do get my news from the internet. Pretty darn weird that I am starting to see multitudes of people I know of die. I was reading a book about Rich Burton and Liz today. I actually made a point to watch Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf many years ago. Seemed like a big deal of a t.v. show. Very dramatic and all. I never saw Lassie or Blue Velvet and I sure as heck never saw any big time plays with Burton. Liz just died a year ago or so(how long now?). It's proof that women are tougher than men, he did 3 bottles of vodka a day and she wasn't far behind. That's being tough. She way outlived him.
That is about as far as I go back with fifties stars. I remember Sinatra and DeanO and Sammy Davis jr. Non of that kind of singing was my thing, but I remember them. Hell, I never liked Glen Campbell all that much(my folks liked him. I was Beatles and Doors). Now half the Beatles are dead and I'm watching McCartney. As tough as he is, I'm not sure he won't outlive me.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

In his day, (and mine!) Glen was a talent that entertained folks like few had ever done it. Regards, Clark
