This is a collectible trim (and form?) die for the 7.35 Carcano. Realizing it has been over 40 years ago I don't remember the details but IIRC the ammo was impossible to get but we figured out a way to use .220 Swift brass and turn the off the rim, then use a .30 caliber die to expand the neck. The trim die set the shoulder and length but I can't remember what we used to seat the bullet. It is old, in the original box, with the original wax paper and instruction booklet. The address has no zip code indicating it was in the 60's. $50 or best offer.

Sorry, but I couldn't get the pics to upload.
