ID these grips that came on a 1918 Colt

These look to be old Springfield grips based on the diamond count. They were on an old 1918 Colt I picked up. Anyone have any ideas? Looks like some sort of paint or something on the backside of one.

Appear to be 13 row Colt stocks.

Thought Colt's were supposed to be 15 count? I only got 11.

Late Colt 1911 had 13 row. I count 13.

This is a late 1918 with 13 row stocks.
