Default Need ID help on a Receiver Aperture Peep Sight

There are some numbers (assembly codes ?), a few diamonds with numbers (inspector codes ?), H634 ( model No. ?), and what looks like a bow & arrow stamp on the slide. The sight is very similar to the old Lyman 525 over under for the Winchester target 52 or 54.
    Any thoughts.....Thanks

Russian-made at Izhevsk Plant according to bow & arrow mark.

The "B" should be for "вверх" which means "up," the "H" should be something like "ниже" which means "lower." the other dial I couldn't see too well, but might have a "л" for "лево" (or inverted V) which means "left," and a "п" looking character which means "право" or "right."
