  1. Default WTS: Colt 1911 WWI old pistol $600

I am not a 1911 guy. Old estate find in rough shape. Not sure how correct it is it. The bore looks pretty good and it functions. There is not bad pitting but there is zero blue left and now brown mottled spots all over. Lanyard loop was cut off and serial number looks wonky. My pistols are all modern and I have no use for this.
It is GHS stamped on the left side. Selling as a shooter/parts gun. $600 shipped. Hoping a C&R can use this

Too bad know-it-alls can't do it all

I think who ever buys it is going to want to know what markings are on the barrel and a better picture of the right side of the gun.

The arched mainspring housing ma be a replacement. Receiver should be marked "U.S. PROPERTY"..Not an expert, but my $.02. I'd pay $600 if the Rec. checks out legit.

600 and all this nit-picking? Amassing! It is what it is.

For $600 I'd buy it in second! But, got beat out of it. Good gun, perfect for refinishing, etc. A bargain!
