    Hi everyone can anyone give me any information on the P1913 Vickers bayonet?

    It's a Pattern 1907 made by Vickers for the Pattern 13 Rifle. Supposedly only 1500 or so were made.
    This is elderly but has more info from people who know a lot more about 'em than I ever will.

    The Pattern 1907 will not fit the Patt13/Patt14 rifle as the crosspiece and muzzle ring are different sizes. The P13 bayonet is a different animal. The early versions lacked the grooves in the grips and may look like a P07 at a glance, they will not fit an SMLE the same as the M1917 will not fit the Springfield or M1.

    Roots, I replied to your first inquiry in the other thread. What else do you wish to know? Before we get started though it's best that you post up a couple of photos so we can see exactly what you have. A Vickers...but which version?
