Pulled M2 and 7.62 bullets ?

Who is still selling pulled .30 and 7.62 bullets ?

I thought they were the same bullet? I can't find any from my normal sources but Wideners has some 147gr that could be surplus.

.30 M2 and 7.62NATO bullets are the same diameter, only. Difference is what they came out of. .30 M2 ammo used a 152 grain bullet. 7.62NATO a 147.
Nobody has used .30 M2 ammo for eons. Fewer and fewer are using 7.62NATO for anything but MGs. Not as much around.

CDVS.US has pulled tracer and AP stuff. No FMJ stuff left unless they find more. Thee Grade 3 stuff has pretty heavy pull marks, the grade 2 is better. The price is not much better than buying new flat base 150's though. Most of the M2 pulled stuff appears to be long gone.

Edit, Actually just looked again and they show 150 grain FMJ ball pulled flat base bullets in 500 count I believe for 89.99. In photo they are flat base FMJs with cannelure. There is no description of M2 or what they came from. Good luck.

Picked up a bunch of M2 AP linked a few years ago. Makes a great rnd if you like seating them half way to China in a .308 case.

10,000 guys have had zero luck getting those surplus 147 grainers to shoot well. I'm one of them. Unless you just want plinking ammo, save your money and buy better bullets. For me, the effort in prepping cases, priming them and measuring charges isn't worth it to top it off with a bullet that gives pie-plate accuracy at 100 yds. For non-premium bullets, I've had excellent luck with the Hornady 150g FMJs.
