I picked up a very nice, lightly used, WW2 Keystone "C" stock in a trade and don't have a use for it. No cartouches , just slight evidence that a rifle has been in the stock. What should I ask for it?

If it is in good condition, you should not have trouble getting $200 for it, if sold where there are lots of buyers...
