    I forgot to mention that the inserts have a small screw at the end which will expand or contract the insert to compensate for small variations in bore size, so you get a tight fit.
    You can never go home again.

    I use a laser pointer pen I bought at a flea market for two bucks. it fits in an sks on up.

    I use a $40 laser boresighter. It comes with all the different caliber screw in heads. You can see the laser out to 200yds in low light conditions, but it comes with a reflective target that you can use in daylight. It's always worked great for me and only been off about 1moa when zeroing at 100yds. It's just easy to use and not expensive. Just my opinion though.
