    I agree with Tom, it looks like this 620 was pieced back together with parts from an earlier donor gun. There is an uncheckerd fore end for sale on eBay right now that would be perfect for your shotgun (1 day left): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Stevens-mode...EAAOSwHMJYFUJ6

    Good catch scosgt on the Thompson sling swivels. Just make sure you get the flat stamped steel plate (with the slot cut in the loop) and not the milled piece.

    If memory serves, the front swivel on the Thompson is the milled one you want - the one on the military fore end.
