Lyman Targetspot scope overhaul...

I need a recommendation for a reliable source of repair/overhaul on the Lyman Targetspot. I've discovered I can't correct parallax on my 8x, though there is nothing obviously out of whack. Focus is good and the parallax adjustment is within the proper range, but I can't find a setting which will eliminate parallax at any specific range.

Any advice apreciated.
