Would someone explain what a 'lock' is on this revolver? Does it lock the hammer and trigger to render it safe? It looks to be behind the cylinder release from pics I've seen. Never had the pleasure of examining one. Thank you

Never mind. I found out what they do AND how to remove them and plug the hole. 8-)
