    Default Load date for A5744 in 30-06

    I have been using IMR4759 for reduced loads in 30-06 with 125gr. Speer TNT's and SMK 168's but now, that powder has been discontinued and the supply is gone. On recommendation of an experienced shooter I bought a pound of Accurate 5744 and plan to try that. There is load data for cast bullets but I can't find any for FMJ bullets. Anyone use A5744 in 30-06 for reduced load that can get me started?

    Just increase 4759 charges by about 5% to get similar performance with 5744.
