Default Wings of a Warrior: Jimmy Doolittle

This is a really great video. It was produced by members of Doolittle's family and narrated - not by some movie star - by Gardner Doolittle. If all you know about Doolittle is the Tokyo Raid, this will be an eye-opener. Doolittle may have been the greatest flyer that ever lived. He set records for speed and distance, he won every major air race there was, and was Hap Arnold's wingman setting up the Army Air Force. You don't often see a general flying combat missions - Doolittle did that in WWII ETO. Here's a link: https://travelforaircraft.wordpress....warrior-write/

One nice thing about the video is the general lack of "hollywood" in the production. Not to say it's crude or home-made. It just seems **real**

His autobiography "I could never be so lucky again" was written when he was in his '90s. Very revealing. Especially about Eisenhower.
